What you're buying

One custom keychain with raised letters, printed in a single color of PLA plastic in the shape you choose. Because each piece is made to order with the exact text you type, please check your spelling before you pay.

Guest checkout and payment

No account is needed. Payment is taken by Stripe on its hosted checkout page, which collects your email, shipping address and payment method. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay; your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

Production and shipping

Printing typically starts within 1–2 business days. We ship within the United States only. Once shipped, delivery is usually 3–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

If your keychain arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, reply to your order confirmation or shipment notice within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you. Because personalized items cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for a name that was typed incorrectly at checkout. Orders that have not started printing can be cancelled for a full refund.

Acceptable content

We may decline text that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's trademark, and refund the order.

Liability

The keychain is a decorative accessory. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
